Classic black velvet skirt. High-waisted, zips up at the back with a button to secure. Two sections of the waistband are elasticated to cinch for a flattering fit.
Size 12 on tag. Small mark from hanger (can be washed out), in otherwise excellent condition.

Bust, chest and hip measurements are taken from side seam to side seam. This measurement should be doubled for the full size. Length measurements are taken from top to bottom seam.
